Plane Saver Credit Union is exclusive to employees of UK Civil Aviation Authority regulated passenger air transport companies and their associated services.
Based on the principle of 'people helping people' Plane Saver encourages members to save in order to allow fellow members to borrow.
Plane Saver offers a range of savings accounts which project to pay very competitive dividends. These savings accounts come together to create a pool of savings which can be lent out to their fellow members.
Plane Saver provides loans of up to £20,000 on top of a member's savings at competitive rates of interest. Any interest charged on these loans goes back into the Credit Union and helps to pay for the running costs of the business. At the end of the financial year any remaining surplus is then paid back to the original savers in the form of an annual dividend.
