• In-person attendance: Wednesday 21st January 2026, by 3:00pm

• Online attendance: Wednesday 28th January 2026, by 9:00am

 

Please ensure you register using your correct member number and email address to avoid delays in confirming your attendance.

 

Voting

As a member, you are entitled to vote on key matters to be presented at the AGM. Members are encouraged to pre-vote in advance of the meeting on the following items:

• Approval of the minutes of last year’s AGM

• The election of three new directors

• The re-election of three directors

• Adoption of the rulebook in its entirety

All voting will close at midnight on Tuesday, 27th January 2026. ​Before you vote, please review the AGM Documents below.​
