Registration Deadlines

• In-person attendance: Registration for in-person attendance has now closed.

• Online attendance: Registration for online attendance has now closed.

 

Please ensure you register using your correct member number and email address to avoid delays in confirming your attendance.

 

Voting

As a member, you are entitled to vote on key matters to be presented at the AGM. Members are encouraged to pre-vote in advance of the meeting on the following items:

• Approval of the minutes of last year’s AGM

• The election of three new directors

• The re-election of three directors

• Adoption of the rulebook in its entirety
