How to clear your cache

Google Chrome (Desktop) 

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Click the three dots (⋮) menu in the top-right corner.

  3. Select More Tools > Clear browsing data.

  4. In the pop-up window, choose a time range (e.g., "All time").

  5. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  6. Click Clear data.


Mozilla Firefox (Desktop) 

  1. Open Firefox.

  2. Click the menu button (☰) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Go to the Privacy & Security tab.

  5. Find Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data.

  6. Ensure Cached Web Content and Cookies and Site Data are selected, then click Clear.


Microsoft Edge (Desktop) 

  1. Launch Microsoft Edge.

  2. Click the menu button (...).

  3. Select Settings.

  4. In the left-hand menu, select Privacy, search, and services.

  5. Find Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.

  6. Choose your desired time range, check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

Click Clear now.


Safari (IOS)

Method 1

  1. At the top left corner, select Safari > Preferences...

  2. Select the Advanced tab, then check the box next to Show Develop menu in menu bar

  3. Navigate back to the menu bar on the top, and select Develop -> Empty Caches


Method 2: Deletes everything relating to a website you've visited (Cache, cookies, and any other related data)

  1. At the top left corner, click Safari > Preferences...

  2. Select the Privacy tab > Manage Website Data

  3. Select a website that is listed, then click Remove
